I met Dylan through a recommendation from my sister’s friend. After living in Florida for too long, I wanted to move back to my native New York. It’s not easy to house hunt and plan an out of state move. I worked with another realtor first. Dylan is a Hudson valley native who is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. It took a few trips, gnashing of teeth (mine) when someone take snatched up “my” house, but he found me a charming mid-century ranch with beautiful sugar maple trees.
