Tacoma Gardens Apartment

I absolutely enjoyed the walkthrough, the community is really nice, is a nice location. Julie is very kind and did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed. Also love the fact that they’re military friendly. Really a wonderful place altogether. The apartments are so well put together.

Moved in a month ago Julie had been fantastic hope to continue living here for the remainder of my military contract very quiet and nice neighbors are friendly. Toilet had to be replaced and it was on the same day just a couple hours after. I’ll definitely recommend a friend or someone looking to rent.

When I arrived at the office of Tacoma Gardens I met Julie and as I had talked to her on the phone before I arrived she was as wonderful in person as on the phone. She is very professional and very welcoming. After seeing a couple of apartments I knew one would be home! So applied and after it was all done with her help I’m here and very happy.!

I lived in one of these apartments for about three years, and the only reason I moved out was because I'm moving to another state. I had a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, and it was spacious. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood. The entire time I lived there, I didn't have any problems with noise control. My neighbors were really friendly and respectful. The location is very close to Safeway, freeway, Point Defiance, and Point Ruston. The apartments are 15 minutes away from the hospital I worked at, so I didn't have to worry about going to the freeway and dealing with all the traffic. I've lived here for about 2 months now and it's been pretty seamless. It's quiet (besides pearl st, which is like white noise for me), friendly neighbors always waving and you can't really beat the price, especially for a first time renter. Sure, it's not the nicest apartment with updates and amenities, but I enjoy its simplicity and cozy, homey feel. You get what you pay for and I am very happy with it. Also, they follow through with the referral bonus which was very nice for my friend who referred me. :) Overall, I recommend this apartment complex to those who like simple, cheap and relaxing living.
