Moving into Tacoma Flats was such a smooth and welcoming experience! The staff made everything super easy and answered all my questions quickly. The apartment was clean, modern, and ready for me when I arrived, which made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate how friendly and professional everyone has been it made settling in feel comfortable right away. Excited to start this new chapter here at Tacoma Flats!

Just moved in to the third floor apartment was clean cozy a bit small but good for me. Samantha the person who helped me with the application and getting me in there was wonderful and informative, kept in contact with me and help me through the whole process which was quite easy. If you need an place affordable to live then this is the place for you.

In my experience with Tacoma flats. It could be a good stepping Stone in life. I have people that live there. And I'll visit frequently at least twice a month at those times the hallways are clean and quiet, the personal and staff are professional. The property manager is very professional and tenant oriented which I appreciate. So it is what you make it. "Some come into life with champagne taste and a forty ounce income." We strobbed for success, not land in it.

Tacoma Flats is a great and affordable option for studios in the area. The rooms can come partially furnished and are clean and updated for such an old building. While the hallways can be tight, the common areas are very large and quiet. Jessica runs the office and is a literal angel. I know if I have any questions or concerns they will be answered swiftly and effectively. She really is the sweetest. The building is very secure and equipped with cameras. The parking can be a little tricky, but overall honestly not bad to deal with on the daily. Overall this is a great place for an individual, a great transitional option, or just a great place to save money.
