I've Been Here For A While Now And I Will Give You My Honest Opinion. (The Good) First Thing, The Apartments Are Beautiful The Outside. The Front Office And Maitenance Are Pretty Decent People. The Apartments Are Very Spacious. (The Bsd) Roaches Have Become Extreme This Past Year. They Don't Care Much About The Upkeep On The Inside Of These Apartments Especially After They Are Rented. I've Been Here About 6 Years And Same Paint, Same Carpeting . No New Enhancements Or Upgrades. I Was Told NO PETS But Now This Has Become A Dog Park Where Animals Mess Right In Front Of Your Door And Owners Leave It, Even Though They Supposed To Have Designated Area To Take The Dogs To Poop. Complaints Have Went To Front Office But Nothing Done. That's My Biggest Complaint, Dogs Pooping And Owners Leaving It

The place is beautiful. However I have visited 3 different family members have complained about the roaches and they are infested. I hate to see a beautiful complex like this decrease in value because of failure to properly exterminate. Unfortunately untill they get this problem under control,I dont recommend or refer anyone to move here. And if you are here uou should go elsewhere untill they handle this. These problems can lead to spider infestation because it is also a snack for other insect and rodents.

I just went to drop off a rental application. I didn't look at an apartment but from the outside it looks very nice.
