WHY ONE STAR? Read the review. The Tabby Villas Apartments is not a bad location or place to live. The reason I give them a star because of poor management and they way they treat people. I rent it an apartment for more than three years. I want to say this that, at the time when I vacate the apartment you should see it. The carpet, paint and bathrooms were sparkling ✨. I clean each toilet with high quality cleaning products. The carpet looked like it just was installed. Paint was absolutely clean. The manager was shocked and assured me that I will receive my deposit. It’s been over two months and they didn’t send me my deposit. Their HQ probably is not aware of the management. Manager is extremely rude on a consistent basis. For this property and crown villas. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt if she was having a bad or stressful day, checked back in a few months, tried to leave voice messages, the voicemail was always full, no response via email or phone, and it’s the same manager going from property to property. Very disappointing, finding a new home is hard enough and stressful enough with someone in the office who is completely unprofessional

The place is infested with bugs. After 2 yrs they decided (for no reason) to not renew my lease! Very rude!!!! They forced me out !

PLEASE READ THIS, This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, german ROACHES crawling in sinks, vents and cabinets, as well as your bed, I went through 3 gallon bottles of ortho home defense spray on the inside and outside but theres STILL roaches hiding in the walls the place has a disgusting musty odor also theres mold growing in the corners. Pest control guy only sprays front door and kitchen floor (aka wet areas), which is NOT proper pest control coming from a licensed pest control background. The maintenance man will WATCH EVERYTHING you do and report your business back to all the staff for some kind of reward, I guess the carpet is disgusting, dirty, stained, and filthy. Why I am disappointed in Tabby Villas Apartments. Moved in at the beginning of May with no issues. The staff are very nice and the place is clean. After living there for 2 months, I received a relocation request from my company. Therefore, to be proactive I went to the office to give them a 30-day notice per the contract. That is when things started getting ugly. The manager gave me a form and told me to put the exact date I was moving. As I did not know the exact date yet, I could not put it in writing but wanted to let her know what was coming in 30 days or more and that the contract does not specify it be in writing.
