My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and have had no problems from the owner or property manager. If we have issues, we address them as they've asked and they are taken care of in a timely manner. My neighbors in building one are awesome, we all get along great and have no issues. Great placement of a great group of people! Good job Peggy! The only thing I wish was that we could have a grill somewhere on the property and that the rules weren't so strict sometimes.

I have lived in Countryside for six months and am enjoying every minute! My neighbors are great! The property manager, Peggy, listens if there are problems and has been working diligently to make it a better place to live. They are working on improvements to the property and the only things that would make it better are fixing the parking lot with actual parking spaces, allowing residents to grill away from the building, more washers and dryers and a barrier of trees or bushes to cut down on the noise from business 377 and the loop... I think that might be a city or county thing though. I've not had any problems with getting anything repaired, but then again, everything in my apartment has been in good working order since I've moved in, other than a light fixture in the kitchen, which was

I have lived in the countryside apartments for over a year and I love it. We haven’t had any issues with our apartment and if something needed to be fixed it was done in a timely manor and Peggy and other management are so friendly and easy to talk to! I couldn’t ask for a better landlord or place to live!

I wish I could put no stars. Worst experience of my life. They illegally went in my home when I was not there on multiple occasions and allowed workers in that stole hundreds of dollars worth of my posessions. They refused to believe me when I told them my water heater was broken and then told me to spray Lysol when the resultant water caused my entire floor and wall to mold since the AC had also gone out. They refused to fix the problems, due to the property owner being unreachable, so I agreed to move and then they blamed me for the damage and did not return most of my deposit. I loved my home but I was forced to move due to this atrocious treatment.

Never got a call back not once after my wife left a message. One of their clients referred us to contact them. I did. Once again no response
