I just moved in &honestly i love it the neighborhood is quiet. Its peaceful from were i come from. As far as bugs if you keep your apartment clean. There is no problem. The office lady Brianna shes really nice and on top of her job.
Apts are infested with ants inside of walls put several work orders in for pest control and nothing has changed they have bit me n my kids and have ruined plenty of foods in pantry it's exhausting to keep up with.
I live a block away . some people that live there are good and some are bad. What can you expect from low income housing . it can be tough but only if you ask for it .
Landlord don't care about tenants.I was bullied for 4 years and she didn't care. Now she charging me for stuff I never did!DON'T MOVE HERE WITH THOSE AWFUL NEIGHBORS
Maintenance takes month to finish the easiest work orders. I would not expect a lot from This apartment complex!!
