DO NOT USE this company we worked with the broker by the name of. Dwayne Allen and we paid a 25 dollar fee to help us see a place because he said that's the only way we could not see the rental we liked. The same day we were supposed to see the place is the same day we went to his office to fill out paper work. There was no sign or indication of a $25 application fee. The time we were supposed to see the unit was 7:30 Pm. he contacts me at 6 saying the landlord wanted us to see it. CLEARLY we agreed on 7:30 pm so we were seeing another unit prior. I asked for my money back because he didn't show or do anything for us. Now he says its non refundable. He doesn't know how to do business and if i were you id stay away.
