T and E Apartments

If you like having your packages stolen this is the place for you. When I come downstairs every morning there's a 50/50 on whether or not packages are ripped open and have things stolen out of them. For some reason the apartment gym gets a door with a code lock but they can't afford to put one in the package room. Bonus points because multiple bikes and wheels from bikes have also been stolen in that room and the stairwell

Find somewhere else to stay. Constant leaks, almost shower like, from the vents and ceiling fans which is crazy. Maintenance didn’t do anything preventative but clean the water on the floors, which would be hours later after mildew had formed. Document everything they tell you in case they try and scam you out a few hundred dollars. Over a year later after moving out they tried to charge me $800 for rent amongst other fees like paint damage and cleaning fees when I hired cleaners to clean the entire unit leaving it spotless with no furniture left behind. The paint damage was because of the constant leaks as well. Do not live here.

I am a current resident at T&E! I’m a sophomore living off campus and this is my first real apartment. I’m sad to say that my first real apartment is one of the most uncared for buildings I’ve ever been in. Lights are out in the main halls, the mail room is a mess and disorganized 24/7, the walls are paper thin, and I just recently found an ENORMOUS Black mold growth in our apartment. Let me emphasize that I just started living here, so this has gone uncared for and unnoticed for possibly over a year! I intend to put in a service request but they still haven’t gotten back to us about parts of the ceiling falling apart so I doubt this will be deemed urgent in their eyes. Save your money, don’t waste it on this dump.

BLACK MOLD. I come visit my sibling who stays here, and they constantly have to take allergy medicine due to the mold. Every time I come see them I constantly sneeze and can hardly breathe after staying here. It goes away as soon as I go home.

0 stars if I could. Stayed here for a year and at the end they wanted to bump up my rent by 30%. Tiny showbox of an apartment. was not work the near 1.1k my roomate and 1 paying a month
