At first the management was good, but then she had left the company and it changed management. The new manager was TERRIBLE. Not once did he respond, or try to be helpful. We had our babies packages stolen, and all he had to say was reorder my order. We lived here for almost 2 years, one of the winters are heater was broken, and that was the coldest it has ever been, they finally fixed it right when it was about to be a month of no heater during winter. We had sent multiple times for maintenance but we didn’t hear not one thing from them until it was about to hit a one month mark of no heater. They gave the option to leave keys in unit when we moved out and that is exactly what we did, but we did not receive our deposit back. Having resided at this apartment for over a year and recently moved out, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my security deposit. It has been nearly two months since my departure, and despite repeated attempts to contact management, my $1500 security deposit has yet to be returned. This unresolved issue has made for an awful post-tenancy experience.

Lived here for a year and it was great! Excellent location with grocery stores a 5-10 minute drive one way and Castro St. 5-10 minutes the other way. Property/resident managers were awesome and welcoming with lots of communication when necessary. The unit itself was very nice and became a home in no time at all.

Lived in this property for more than 2 years. Management was terrible, terrible communication, they never reply my calls or texts. Even when I moved out, the manager never show up to receive the keys. I am still waiting for the refund of my deposite fee and they don't answer my calls.
