Been one year since living here and my experience here has been awesome. I’m never renew a lease in Cincinnati due to the bad landlords but this place is really worth the renewal. Not only is the place affordable, but the tenants are really good at reaching out to people about getting information to you. They made it easy for you to pay rent, the maintenance is fast and quick responding when something is needed. I love the neighborhood and the community we’ve in downtown. Everybody in our building is respectful and nice. Most importantly, everyone is a working household and you don’t ever have to worry about missing packages or random people in the building. Look, I know it's a cute apartment for a good price but DON'T DO IT. This property is ran by a gaggle of ragamuffins. The emails make no sense and are full of typos and random capitalizations. Once, I asked for an exterminator to come after I saw a MOUSE and ROACHES in my apartment with CRACKS IN THE FOUNDATION and I was told no. In fact, I was told that I complained too much and that I needed to stop requesting maintenance. I guess they believed reporting black mold, broken windows, and a broken dryer was excessive. I lived in an apartment owned by Symphony Property/Eber Development for a total of 1 year and 3 months from 2021-2022. Though I have never missed a payment, I was asked to move out because: 1. I ask for too much 2. I have people living in the property that are not on the lease 3. My dog is annoying This the exact language used when I called Teri, to ask for someone to unlock the basement, so Duke could check my meter; alternatively, I was told to move out. Each request I submitted for the appliance to get fixed was cancelled in the portal (6 different times). The company doesn't care at all about their tenants. I had a leak in my apartment on Terrace ave for 9 of the 12 months of my lease. When they finally got around to "fixing" it, they just re-plastered the wall so the next tenant would have the same issues. Every time I called the office they would never pick up and would never return a call. Terry Talon is a terrible landlord. There was also a major roach issue in the basement.
