Why I love it here: • Incredible Value: I have a three-bedroom apartment that is exceptionally spacious. For the same price, newer apartments in the area offer significantly less square footage. Here, I actually have room to breathe and live comfortably. • Peace and Quiet: Despite being an older building, it is remarkably quiet. I don't hear my neighbors through the walls, which is a huge plus for my quality of life. • Top-Tier Maintenance: Don't let the age of the building fool you. I’ve been living at Symphony for a few months now, and overall everything has been pretty good. I’ve had a few issues around the apartment, but every time I submit a maintenance request, someone comes by the next day. Seán and Rosendo have helped me several times, they’re always fast, professional, and do their work very neatly. Really appreciate how responsive and reliable the maintenance team is here!

UPDTED REVIEW [November 2024]: After living here for a bit we’ve decided to lower our rating and update what we think about this apartment. The “renovations” aren’t that great, not every apartment is updated like they make it seem, the flooring is legit sticker flooring and not the wood like vinyl flooring it seems to be. We had a cockroach and ants (which are gone now) they are just now trying to fix the grass since half of it died during the summer. You cannot smoke neither weed or cigarettes or vapes per their policy so might want to steer clear if you’re a smoker. They do try to get the community involved by hiring street food venders once in a while, alongside some office events like free donuts or candy. Don’t expect them to be lenient when it comes to being late on rent or an unfort

Great apartment with great amenities. The location is perfect with anything you could want or need within 5 minutes. It's a quiet neighborhood as well with a great gym that is 24 hours.

I had an issue with my dryer recently, and I’m happy to say the property manager Jasmine & Maintenance tech Sean came out promptly after I submitted a request. Given we had a few trial and error, they both still managed to accommodate me. What really stood out was how well they communicated throughout the process. They kept me updated and made sure I knew what to expect, which I really appreciated. It’s always reassuring to live somewhere that takes resident concerns seriously and follows through. Thank you to the office and maintenance team for taking care of it so efficiently!
