I have enjoyed living here over the past few years and appreciate the recent efforts by the new owners to update the common areas and get the building into better shape than it's been in a very long time. The maintenance and leasing office teams have always been great to work with. A special shout-out to Ann in the leasing office for being extra awesome. 😊

My husband and I leased an apartment here while he was working in Washington State, and overall we had a very positive experience while he was there. The location was excellent, management was responsive, and the move-out process was smooth. The Community Manager, Kenia Alberdin, was especially helpful throughout our stay and during move-out. Unfortunately, after we vacated the unit, an outstanding balance remained on our account that we do not believe was owed, as our records show we were overcharged. We reached out by email promptly in the end of September to address the issue before move-out and continued following up in good faith by phone and email, as it initially seemed likely the discrepancy would be resolved. I strongly do not recommend Sylvia On Main. Worst Apartment ever lived in. This place has been unbearably noisy due to constant construction work that starts EVERY SINGLE MORNING at 8 AM. It is even not repairs that improve daily living, it is pointless project that bring zero benefit to residents, while destroying any chance of rest. The non stop noisy is seriously affecting quality of life. ELDERLY RESIDENT, KIDS, and any WORKING PEOPLE are forced to deal with it day after day. It is stressful, exhausting, and honestly affecting the mental health. If you work from home, have a family, or simply want a quiet apartment, do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with the manager, Kenia, and the staff and I must say, it has been a fantastic experience! The management team is incredibly organized and communicative, making it easy to coordinate schedules and expectations. The property is well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhances the guest experience. I’ve received positive feedback from clients staying here, noting the comfort and cleanliness of the spaces. I highly recommend Sylva on Main apartments home to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay or work. Ann salonen has been incredibly helpful and professional. She is very passionate about her work, responds quickly, and always handles things with great responsibility. What I truly appreciate is her ability to understand and empathize with residents’ needs. Even when she is very busy, she still does her best to help and find solutions.
