Sydney Trace Apartments

I have been here 2 months now I absolutely love it here, it's quiet ,clean, the office staff is amazing they go above and beyond trying to help you if they can. I had a great experience with Rihanna and Samantha also the office manager I can't remember her name but she made me a bomb hot chocolate. I had an issue with my microwave where the light just didn't turn off when I tell you the service here is impeccable. I made the request to have it fixed or look at it on a Friday morning by Friday afternoon someone was already here working on it. That is outstanding honestly I have live in other places, and especially on a Friday I wouldn't probably hear anything or see maintenance until Friday. So the gentleman came in assess the situation located the problem and I soon we had to go order part

Today i have an experience that reminded me the reason why I lived here for 3 years. Not only that it's family friendly and quiet. But the maintenance crew has always been right there when you needed them. The office manager came to check if I'm okay. Sydney trace apartment is an amazing complex to live. The staff are always there to help you, the maintenance crew is great, wonderfully trained. The work they do never go unnoticed. Checking fire alarms and extinguishers are important. Keep up the good work guys.

To whom this may concern, I am leaving this review because I am truly disappointed at the LACK of communication, professionalism, & courtesy received from one of the “office managers” today by the name of Rihanna. My name is Ms.Smith I was scheduled for a viewing at 3:30pm today. Once I arrived accompanied by my mom, I reached for the door handle however it was locked. Rihanna buzzed me In. Ms.Rihanna was not welcoming at all, she did not greet me nor did she show herself friendly. Nonetheless, I greeted her I introduced myself asked for her name and made her aware of my 3:30 appointment. In return, Rihanna asked for ID’s advised that I should get back into my car & meet her in building 300 2nd floor. Rihanna’s entire demeanor was very offensive as If I was interrupting something that

i wish i could give this sorry lazy low down apartment 0 stars. From move in i should’ve known that this place was not it. I was given keys to a mold infested apartment and was forced to spend additional money upon move in to vacate my unit due to it being unlivable. i am asthmatic and i have a 1 year old. the solution that the property manager thought was appropriate was to just simply spray and wipe with clorox bleach when the mold was all over the kitchen and bathroom. i requested a unit transfer and was told there was no units available and they could give me my money back and cancel my lease. where would i go?!?! After fighting tooth and nail i got a transfer from the 2nd floor to the 3rd after waiting months for a 1st or 2nd floor unit. i had to move all of my belongings in the rain

Looking to move an stumbled upon Sydney Trace apartments. I went to tour and the experience was great. The front office showed me a unit and around the property and I was very pleased. I will definitely be renting once my lease ends.
