Sycamore Place by Mungo Homes

Incredibly tacky with all the cars parked outside. The homes were built way too close together in our section, so if anyone parks outside their garage it causes a problem for the rest of the people around them. Sometimes the recycling company can't even get through to collect our garbage because some dummy is parked halfway in the road. We have even had to call HOA and the property management company because one of our neighbors damaged our home to accommodate his truck, to which this has yet to be fixed. Mind you, HOA owns the outside of the house, so it is their responsibility to fix this kind of issue. Homes are beautiful and great location. Unfortunately, these homes don't offer much space, including no driveway and because of that inconsiderate neighbors are constantly blocking my driveway. If you have more than 1 car in your household, then these townhomes won't be a fit for you. The neighborhood is starting to look rundown with so many cars parked on the curb. Also, the builders are not honest, the HOA fee of $183/month is only covering trash/recycle. The HOA company takes no accountability and pretty much told me it's my job to clear the snow on the sidewalk, even though snow removal is outlined as part of the budget for HOA fees. If I could go back, I wouldn't buy here again.

These townhomes are beautiful and in a prime location, with schools, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance. My fiancé and I met with Sean, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. We were truly impressed by the craftsmanship and overall quality of the homes we toured!

Seconding what another reviewer posted. People who own more than 2 cars thought it would be a great idea to live in a townhome where there is basically no space to park outside of their two car garage. In other words, it's everyone else's job to accommodate their multi-ton machine. HOA seems to not enforce this, even though it's outlined that you're not supposed to park outside of your garage or block other people's entry into their garage. I recommend people just call the cops if you're actually blocked in your own home. Additionally, Coalfield Rd. has zero police presence and despite the speed limit being 35MPH, like half of people speed through the road at 55MPH+ (ON A RESIDENTIAL ROAD WITH A SCHOOL) with their obnoxious pickup trucks and sports cars. The community, sales representative, and the builder offer amazing access and refined living options that can’t be beat. Sean is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful. I cannot recommend this community enough!
