BE AWARE. I have problem with one of their apts. Sycamore in concord NC. they charged me 1500 for an apt that I never lived in due to a serious smell. so I contacted corporate. told me to email service ---service said they can't help. then I emailed the regional mgr She said she can't help. then went to Mr McGraph who had the audacity to send me back to MS Cioci. So of course I assumed that the owner would understand that since I did not live there.I should not pay. I even sent an express mail to Mr Switzenbaum asking for help. Never got a reply. over 20 emails and not once would anyone pick up the phone. I am 81 and it's the most unprofessional response to a problem ever. the bottom line is that they just don't care about their tenants. Very frustrating and dis
