Swiss View Apartments

Just moved yesterday on Christmas eve not even 1 day later and I'm greeted by 6 roaches this is insane no Walmart is open and I can't get foggers or spray

So it’s been over 3 months and there has been No Repair!!!! Approximately 5 weeks and still my issue has NOT been fixed. The toilet does not even work now. I have called the district office for the past 4 days with no response!!!! I have a water leak and have contacted them 6 times about it and nothing is done. My water bill has tripled and there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income and cannot afford this.

I want to start off with saying I appreciate having a property manager who is understanding and actually has a heart for once. I been here going on 4 years and have had problems in the beginning getting things fixed and not getting answered with my service requests but I know for almost a year now I can call the office and actually get a answer instead of always leaving voicemails, and the communication that management had had over these 7-8 months is very much appreciated. Thank you Mrs. Juels for making this last year a blessing here at Swiss!

They did not return deposit. Kelcy the daughter of the owner is on recording lying to resident about payment and wrongful eviction. Her boyfriend was the maintenance guy who was also caught on video lying about gaining entrance to an apartment. Would not recommend these apartments to rent until another set of owners take over. All videos are cued and ready.

Have reached out to this apartment complex about the return of my deposit that the paperwork says within 7 days of denial will be returned. I called them when I didn’t receive it in 2 weeks for them to tell me 30 days. Okay, it has been well over 30 days at this point. I have been reaching out to the regional manager for 2 weeks now and left a message, and my call has still NOT been returned.
