Despite numerous communications via phone calls, emails, and personal visits to the office located at 168 Hialeah Drive, Hialeah, FL, the deposit has not been returned. Promises were made by their representatives to remit payment, yet no action has been taken. As of today’s date, December 30, 2024, the $1,100 deposit remains outstanding. Pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 83.49, a landlord is required to return a tenant’s security deposit within 15 days of lease termination or provide a written notice of any claims against the deposit within 30 days. Failure to comply with these statutory obligations entitles the tenant to recover the full deposit amount. They are the worst property management company. I believe slum lord is probably the term that should be used but it seems too kind. If you have 10 or 12 people looking for a one bedroom apartment this is the place to go. If you don’t mind mold, termites, roaches, and just shotty electrical work then they are top notch. And if you enjoy losing time from work to stay home and wait for a “repair man” who never shows then I totally recommend them. I for one am reporting this building and this company to the city. They should be in jail.

I have been trying to contact the office over 2 weeks they do not answer the phone my sink has been flowing over.

They're super disrepectful people , unprofessional and very rude, they never answer the phone, worse customer service ever and never do anything for their tenants, they should be reported to the BBB , they're the worse of the worse , specially Jenny the office manager that is never available to the public , a whole lot more to say about these scums.......

Whenever you try to come pay rent, at ANY time, they’re never there. You can call and knock and nothing. They’re rude as well.
