Sweetwater on 16th

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! We moved in and got SCAMMED. There was a HUGE leak and mold in the apartment. We got moved into a DIRTY apartment. They never returned our security deposit like they said they would. The manager of the office ROBIN did nothing but scam us.

The amenities are definitely a highlight. Having two shimmering swimming pools and a dedicated fitness center right on-site is a huge plus. My apartment also came with an in-unit washer and dryer, which makes life so much more convenient. It truly feels like a resort-style living experience.

I absolutely love living at Sweetwater on 16th because of the incredible park-like setting. The mature trees and lush landscaping make the entire complex feel like a quiet escape from the city, even though we are just minutes away from the University of Florida and downtown Gainesville. It is the perfect balance of nature and convenience.

Living at Sweetwater on 6th has been an amazing experience. The location makes everything so convenient and the building itself is full of thoughtful features. The apartments are quiet and comfortable, the common spaces are inviting, and the design is modern throughout. I’ve loved using the rooftop pool and hot tub, and the study lounges have been a lifesaver during exam season.

Absolutely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional management — one of the worst housing experiences I have ever had in my life. This property management company is grossly incompetent, dishonest, and completely irresponsible, and I strongly warn anyone against renting from them under any circumstances. First and foremost, they have unlawfully withheld my USD 1,000 security deposit. It has been more than 20 days since my move-out, yet the deposit has still not been returned. I provided updated bank information promptly, followed up multiple times, and received nothing but silence. They simply refuse to refund the deposit, ignore all inquiries, and provide no explanation whatsoever. This behavior is unacceptable and borders on outright misconduct.
