Absolutely fantastic, super responsive, always nice, and a great environment. Caleigh, alyssa, and sparkle throw the most amazing group events. Would 100% recommend.

A solid 5 stars!!! Sweetwater apartment has exceeded my expectations in terms of apartment living in the few months we have lived here. I feel so at home it's unreal, this community is really worth its value, and it's location. Schools are supper close for convivence and they are top notch schools from elementary to High school with really nice and passionate about their students. We have a 2bed/2bath on the 3rd floor with a corner view it's really nice and has good space for the cost. Dose have an elevator for convenience for those who do not want to use the stairs. The property is maintained meticulously from lawn care to power washing - it's nice to see it taken care of! Awesome spot. It’s right on a creek and they’ve got free kayaks you can use whenever you want, which is a huge plus. There are five docks for fishing, and there’s also a boat landing if you’ve got your own. The community is solid. Theres at least two events every month and people actually show up. Everyone’s friendly and active, which makes it a good environment to be around. Theres a gator that lives here named Ralph. He's pretty chill. The staff is great too. The leasing team’s always helpful and easy to talk to, and the maintenance crew actually knows what they’re doing and takes care of stuff quick. You’ll probably end up getting to know them if you live here. I even played pickleball with the maintenance manager and smoked him (he’ll tell you it was close, but don’t believe it). Ov

I’ve had an outstanding experience being a resident of Sweetwater. The front office of Alyssa, Caleigh, and Jolie have been nothing short of exemplary. The maintenance team led by Mike have been top notch. I highly recommend anyone looking to rent in the Charleston area to check out this resort like complex.

I absolutely love Sweetwater apartments. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood which will have more grocery stores, dentists, doctors soon. Located a few miles from I-526 and Daniel's Island. Sweetwater provides a wonderful place to live both inside and outside your apartment. Amenities such as a resort-style pool, club house that will open soon, dog park and as well as social events and food trucks. The Sweetwater staff has always been extremely helpful. Moving from Washington was a large effort but the staff helped me with getting my furniture and packages my unit, provided me with details on what was in the area and have provided access to my apartment for packages and dog walkers. The neighborhood is gorgeous and it is truly a luxury to live in this great community. Bes
