Sweetwater at Metro North

Terrible place to live. Management is artrocious, my apartment was an absolute pigsty when i moved in, and they made me move in later so they could ‘ clean it. ‘ somebodies house just got shot up 2 days ago, theres dogs barking at all times of the night, and they have been charging my late fees without explanation. It took them a month and some change to fix my running faucet, its just bad. Id run from these apartments. And far. I still have 8 months left and im dreading it. Good luck

I’m about this life. I’ve been here almost 2 years — 3 in October — and honestly, it’s been great. The community is pet‑friendly, kid‑friendly, and full of actual amenities: a park, a dog park, multiple pools, and plenty of space and greenery. The staff is extremely friendly, and they handle work orders quickly, which I appreciate. This place is much better than my last one. I genuinely have no complaints about the property or the management. Only positive things to say. The only issue — and it’s not on management — is that some tenants need to learn to pick up after their animals. The property provides everything you need: trash bags, stations, and accommodations everywhere. There’s really no excuse not to use the resources they give us, which are amazing, by the way.

These apartments have nice views and good neighbors. Their office staff are kind and easy to talk to and helpful no matter the attitude of others. Though some buildings do need more maintenance when it comes to outdoor insects coming inside.

Don't move here, they'll scam you. Everything seems fine until you sign, but once you do, nothing is as it seems. Every month you pay more and more. When you report something, it takes weeks for them to arrive. They charge you for things you don't even use: the outside lights, the dog park, and even the fumigation they never do. And when you move out, they send you a notification that you have to pay for the utilities you didn't use because you left, plus cleaning fees even if you leave everything spotless. In other words, they charge you for the cleaning the condo should be doing for the next tenant. You end up paying $400 in utilities and cleaning out of your own pocket. Don't move here. The apartments are very nice, but that's about it.

I posted a review probably 3 years ago when I used to live here but some how it got taken down so I won’t even bother explaining what happened but I will let the pictures talk for themselves BTW:I got absolutely no compensation and actually somehow ended up owning money after a 1,000 plus dollar deposit. Also those bees were very much alive in the apartment.
