She joined fb groups and posted questions for me (I don't have fb), and checked in regularly making sure we felt well cared for and didn't have any other questions. A true buyers agent! Even after things went sideways and we ended up not moving to Charlotte, Karen still offered to be available to help. She has proven trustworthy and kind.
