SWAT Radon Mitigation

I had a radon mitigation system installed. Everyone from the office to installation was great. Dustin did an amazing job of installing my system. My house is solid Lannon stone, so installing it was difficult. He stayed and made sure it was done. He also explained everything to me. Great customer service! Definitely would use them again.

We highly recommend Alex and SWAT Environmental for radon mitigation in your home. Alex was very professional, friendly, and polite. He called at the start of our 2-hour time frame and arrived when he said he would. He clearly explained what he was doing based on the type of sump pump we had and the layout of our home. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and a pleasure to work with. He clearly explained how the system and the radon monitor worked. We'd ask for Alex again if we needed any work done..

I needed a radon mitigation system installed. While I don't know how long it normally takes, the technician that installed mine was quick, polite, and clean. He showed me how it works and even had a quick unrelated conversation with me about mutual interests. Good guy, good company.

They are not honest about the charges and when I brought it to their attention, the billing department was very rude. They also don’t provide a statement before charging your card. Highly recommend getting a quote in writing or going to another company. Felt like I was taken advantage of by this place. But my interaction with the radon technician who came to my house was great. He was very kind.

SWAT is quick to install the system, to get you roped into their "system" if you need services down the road if a fan goes out(which is covered under a 5-warranty), but it will be a challenge to get service staff to accommodate in a timely manner, flag phone calls, talk to a regional voice, depends on where you live; so, then you just go to a local radon mitigation company and get things done in a timely manner, which is what you should've done in the first place. Lesson learned the hard way. Go local, not national chain corporate company, you just won't have that great of customer service, period. La Crosse, WI.
