Not all an apt. More like a small motel room. Smells bad. Rude Personelle.

Management has changed hands seemingly twice in the 7 months my grandmother has lived here. She was quoted a lower price for a one-bedroom before signing her lease, then charged the price of a 2-bedroom after it was signed. Not only that, but they increased her lease rate another nearly $300 after only living there for 5 months... smh. This apartment seems to be run by crooks who trap vulnerable seniors into housing with false information and then charge them more after the fact. The community itself is in a really rough area of Myrtle Beach. There's constantly police raids, druggies, and criminal activity going on in the area. The only pro is that it's very close to the beach. But honestly, it's not worth the headache. The real rating is -5 stars. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Today I was visiting my relative and heard the landlord screaming and cursing at one of the tenants. I asked my relative does this happen often and she says yes. For this to be a home for older people I don’t appreciate how this happens often and the landlord should not be talking to tenants like that! We reached out to the tenant and she was crying and really upset. The landlord threatened her and the other tenant who was with her. The landlord’s name is Sharon. So if a higher up sees this comment please reach out because this is unacceptable!!! And if I keep seeing actions like this I will report it to local authorities

Love it here maintenance is good the office staff is friendly here and in alliance then they come up with the they been real good to us because of the fires and helping us out financially love it here
