Alan was our property manager for all the years we had rentals. He was knowledgeable, prompt and available. His expertise took all of the stress and hassle of owning rentals off our shoulders. Our properties were consistently rented and he handled turn overs quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is excellent.

You're in good hands with SVN. Alan K is a real pro, and Ive seen him go to bat for a hard luck tenant too. Guy's got a heart, regardless of disgruntled reviews posting otherwise. And tenants? If it's broke, Alan will resolve it pronto. I know, I have receipts. Professionalism of this caliber is rare, and SVN is above all: fair. Having been a renter myself, wish they were all with SVN --from lease signing to move out walk throughs.
