Sutton Place

I’ve had a great experience living here. The place is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of living here is how friendly and welcoming the neighbors are. I also want to give special recognition to Ms. Olga. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her communication is clear, and she makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free.

Mrs. Olga is the best thing that could have happen to us moving to Lakeland for the first time. She made everything so easy and very understanding moving into our new apartment and we love where we are. We have been here a year long and We definitely plan on staying here as long as we possibly can and have her as our property manager.she brings such a place of home and professionalism at the same time. We are all blessed to have her.

I am very disappointed with how the property manager, Olga, has handled my situation regarding my emotional support animal. Under the federal HUD guidelines for reasonable accommodation, tenants with verified ESA documentation should be treated fairly and without retaliation. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I feel that my rights are not being respected, and instead of receiving support, I have felt pressured and taken advantage of during an already stressful time. It should not be this difficult to receive a lawful accommodation and clear communication. I hope upper management and Morgan Properties review how this location is being run, especially regarding ESA accommodations and tenant treatment, so other residents don’t go through the same experience.

My move-in experience at Sutton Place was incredibly smooth and stress-free, all thanks to the property manager, Olga! From the moment I first toured the property, Olga made me feel welcome and comfortable. She’s professional, easy to talk to, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything goes perfectly. I had visited a few other apartments before finding Sutton Place, but nothing compared to the experience and quality here—especially with the support I received from Olga. She helped solidify my decision to make Sutton Place my new home, and I couldn’t be happier. You keep increasing the rent on me for this old, unrenovated apartment while you have plenty of apartments available for rent at lower prices. Do not fall for the property management's politeness. They will keep increasing rent on you until you move out, even if the market rates are going down. Also, this is manufactured housing, so the build quality is a lot worse.
