I have to show appreciation to The Sutton the staff, and Monica. I lived in the SUTTON for almost a year and I have no complaints. I’m very grateful and I can’t thank them enough for always being attentive of the tenants. The property is very clean, quiet, and very safe to live in. Thank you so much!!!

The location is excellent—close to the highway, grocery and convenience stores, the post office, gas stations, and more. The environment is quiet, safe, and welcoming. Living here has been wonderful. Minutes from downtown Worcester yet located in a tree lined setting in a nice neighborhood with a pool, excercise room, plenty of parking & friendly people consisting of couples, families, professionals & medical students. Monica and the maintenance staff have been extremely accommodating making it a clean, comfortable and safe place to live. My 2BR is priced at or less than some 1BR in the city! Highly recommend.

This place was so bad. I rented an apartment from here for 1 year, then they increased the rent to an unaffordable price for a 1 bedroom lower level, very old and not updated apartment. The appliances were so old. I moved out in the 1st week of September and now they expect me to pay rent for an apartment that is vacant because the rental office cannot rent it out. The management and owners of this complex are very shady and unethical. They refuse to give my security deposit back to me. The lease was not clear on any of their expectations, instead it was just a "generic" lease with the dates of the lease typed in. The management team is dishonest and transparency and renters satisfaction is not a priority to them. Instead they are greedy and just want to steal your money. There are many mo
