Sutter's Square Apartments

I have lived in Sutter Square for a few years now and I love it here, Gabriel the maintenance man and Roxy the office manager are very efficient and professional. The complex itself is in a neighborhood with some vagrants however the Sutter Square staff have been vigilant on keeping the property clean and safe. Another thing I love about Sutter Square is its not a large complex so it has a sense of community, there are a lot of great people I am proud to call my neighbors and friends.

I have had clients in sutter square for the past 8 years. Times have been very rough throughout and poorly maintained in the past BUT now the place is almost perfect. The pool is sparkling clean, the water smells like it should, the chemicals and or chlorine is just right. The place is maintained well, very well. It looks absolutely beautiful. Better then I have ever seen it. The maintenance man is friendly, and he is always very kind when my clients need something fixed he shows up promptly and completes the Job. The location is behind the Home Depot and because of that there is a lot of traffic by people who don't belong there and it's nice to have someone there that can help regulate and make sure they pass through. My partner and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. I would recommend this complex to anyone because the application process, setting up the apartment for use, move in, to now 3 days into living here have been smooth and not stressful. Any questions that we had were answered happily and overall made us feel like we were already part of the little community. I appreciate the time and dedication this complex gave to us to make sure that we were comfortable. While it's difficult times right now and a little bit different of a process to get an apartment due to current events, Sutters Square and its employees genuinely care about the well being of its residents and strive to make it the least stressful it can be.

Gabriel did a great job with all the required maintenance work. He installed a new garbage disposal as well.

Came back to edit my review since management wants to play favorites with the residents. It's weird that an aggressive dog is allowed in the front office off leash and allowed to run around the complex terrorizing other dogs, yet all other dogs are required to be leashed. Also weird that this resident in C108 isn't required to clean up after their animal just because it's small. Dog poop and trash everywhere, dogs off leash trying to fight other dogs that management does nothing about, rent went up $600 between 2021-2023 with NO upgrades done to the apartment, hard to find parking after 8. The severe neglect when it comes to basic inspections is absolutely alarming. My smoke detector was turned off for the entire first year despite there being a fire inspection and two separate apartment i
