Sutter Terrace Senior Apartments

Helping a friend move in here, he says they seem disorganized as the move in date has changed and doesn't have a solid m-i-d.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfulness. He formed so many special friendships living there. The office manger and onsite maintenance personnel are outstanding people along with being so helpful and compassionate. The upkeep of the property grounds are really nice and clean. Its very clear they really care and watch out for their tenants. I definitely recommend this place 100% and I feel so fortunate for the time my father got to call this wonderful place home. ❤️

I'm in real need to find a senior apartment for myself per my son's recommended that Sutter Terrace Seniors apartment has great reviews and I'm so happy that the staff in the Office was so perfational that answer all my questions with utmost respect greeted me.. I'm so hopeful that soon I can finally be able to move to a beautiful place to call my ever home I'm wishing I could tour your community in person one day soon. Joanna Bryson

This community is wonderful. Maintenance and management are excellent!!! The community grounds are extremely well maintained and the community activity and common areas are well decorated and spotless. Attention to detailed maintenance is a priority. Without a doubt , you will be extremely happy to be apart of this quiet, lovely community!

I just deliver here. Looks nice. The only thing is it's a one way road to enter and leave on that same one way road. I could only imagine a lot of uturns living here.
