Sutter Park Neighborhood

While walking around the development last month, talked to two people that live in the Sutter Park community. These two people lived next door to each other and were standing in front of their homes when we started talking. They both said the builder had ignored ALL their warranty requests to fix problems in their houses. They also said the customer service guy (Tom?) who works on-site, had also ignored all their emails and voicemails. Definitely a big red flag. We also noticed one house on old burns way had a basketball hoop setup in their side yard. Their music was blasting and we could hear kids and adults yelling and dribbling. Great area beautiful homes a great place to live and also looks like a great community to have a new family in. Plus there is a small park close by to the neighborhood A++
