If you have other choices, please don't live here. This is the worst and most greedy landlord I've ever seen. I received an offer from a new employer out of state at the 11th month. Even though I give them the notice one month before the first lease expires, they said the lease was automatically renewed 2 months ago, and they wanted me to pay 3-month rent as a penalty. I tried to negotiate it down to 2-month rent. They wouldn't accept it and threatened they will ask collection company to come after me if I don't pay it. Also, please take a look at their lease terms: Tenant shall maintain and regularly test smoke detectors to be sure the smoke detectors are in working order. Overpriced ! Extremely expensive place! Murry is horrible! No gym, no playground, no pool, no club house. No feature at all in this place. Extremely overpriced for a place without any amenities . Think very well about moving to this place. If you are looking for a place with no features at all , the place is here. I don't recommend it! If you are late just one day with your rent, they will charge you 200 dollars as penalty. Be careful with this place! They will take your security deposit and will refund you almost nothing. My security deposit of 1600 was gone, they refund me only 140. What a joke!

Enjoy living at Sutherland village. It's like being on vacation all the time. Apartment is roomy with lots of windows looking out on farmland. Maintenance department is on top of fixing any problems.
