Sutherland Title Company

I attended a closing for my customer with Justin at Sutherland Title. I've witnessed many closings. This was the most impressive. My customer had many questions, particularly to property tax law (I I didn't know the answer). But Justin did. In fact, he recited the years the laws/acts were passed! In addition to a super friendly staff, I don't think you can find a more competent title company.

Justin is the guy you want to work with. Justin and the staff are friendly and professional. They'll maintain communication with you. Great attention to detail, really didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly reccomend.

I had a horrible experience with Justin and Sutherland title. I found out he released thousands of $$$ being held in an escrow account to my ex wife without any permission or approval. When I reached out for why he did this, no explanation was given. He said he would look into everything and get back to me, but never has. He has completely ignored my calls and inquiries. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone do business with Justin or this company. He has been very sly and untrustworthy.

Becky is a SUPERSTAR!! Moving is stressful and it was so nice to know that the closing part was taken care of. She found some issues and not only took care of them but went above and beyond to help. I will use her ever time I need to move.

I recently closed a transaction with Julianne Bennett and her team at Sutherland for a client. There were some twists and turs getting everything done in the best way for the client involving a remote notary and some adjustments and some fast turn around right before closing on getting everything balanced correctly. They were incredibly helpful and made it all work out smoothly. Highly recommend checking them out for your real estate transactions.
