Six years ago, Anna helped us buy a home near Tappahannock, Va, sight unseen (as we were purchasing out of state and could not travel). Anna was long-suffering and was a true friend throughout the entire arduous process. She visited the property multiple times on our behalf without a second thought, and treated the transaction with attention to every detail, as if it were her own purchase. Anna secured a lower buyer price point for us by $17k due to some older features of the home. Everything went smoothly with the remote closing. My only regret is that at some point after the closing, Anna apparently took some unmerited flack from the seller for reasons not entirely understood.
