I bought a home from surrey homes on june 2017. I'm writing this review because the home I purchased was built subpar. If I could give them zero star I would because thats what they truely deserve. After about 6months into my new home I noticed the tile floors began to pop and life up from the foundation when stepped on. Multiple grount lines in the home started to crack on the floor. I figured that I'm under my 1 year warranty they will fix it properly. What started out as 2 tiles is now over half the tiles throughout the home spread .out unevenly. First, the warranty manager is completely rude and unprofessional. I believe surrey trains them to behave this way, so you just give up and fix it yourself.After putting my request in multiple times and even having to call the office they sent
