From the moment you arrive, nature greets you with pleasant surprises amidst flowers and gardens, then you are welcomed at the state of the art lobby office, where exceptionally beautiful artistic design, tv and fireplace and food. A genuine urban oasis tucked away in Bellevue. The management team, led by Sheleen, provides a gold standard of service. Sheleen and her team staff, Silvia, are not only rapid helpers, professional and highly efficient but also incredibly friendly , very polite , compassionate, patient listeners, excellent communicators , and always willing to go the extra mile. When I was looking for apartments to stay at for my long-distance move, I found Surrey Downs Apartments by chance. The place looked decent, and reviews didn't seem terrible, but it was still a risk to sign a lease without physically seeing the place, and I had to find a place quick. I am so glad that I found this place and have lived here for four and a half years but am leaving because I am moving out of state. My stay here has been amazing, and I've never bothered to look anywhere else during my stay here in Washington. Shelleen Nolen was the management team member that I interacted with when I needed to sign the lease. Update 12/2/25 Shelleen Sylvia mort and Dennis have been great they are always helpful and things same day Ava always make sure to tell my dogs hello on walks so that if i need something fixed (i work a lot) the dogs are comfortable with them coming in and shellen even offered to check in on on long days! I honestly can’t rave enough about hers she’s genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. So far a great experience it’s quiet, close to everything! Leasing office and maintenance are extremely responsive and helpful! Great community for people with pets! Update Have been here for 3years i love it maintenance and leasing office staff are fantastic. I love having the pool in the summer and listening to the duck pond/fountain every night! I have been living in this apartment complex for about 9 months now. Shelleen, Sylvia, Morton, and Dennis have always been providing top notch customer service to the tenants. They show their pride at their work by continuously improving the apartment complex whether displaying a big map of the complex for the guests or delivery personnel to follow, replacing broken/ worn down items such as the beams in the carport, the platforms in the unit's balcony, quarterly chimney sweep and rooftop cleaning, to any maintenance service request inside each residential unit!
