If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have received as a real estate agent.
$541 for a deed transfer? Downloaded a free form online. Filled out the simple form myself. Notarized it for $6. Dropped it off at County Clerks Office.
I have done business with them twice and have been very pleased. All paperwork was ready and no problems.
Very professional staff and beautiful office. Wonderful doing business there.
I called to ask about their notary service and they said yes they provide that service but the fee is $150. What??? $150??? For something that takes less than two minutes and typically costs under $10. What a scam!
