Just closed on my new home recently and we had some delays with closing but received nothing but patience and great help from staff given a holiday weekend was coming up. We have worked with multiple title companies in the past, and this one is by far the worst in terms of lack of communication and efficiency. They seem to have little or no experience with out of state buyers, which created major last-minute hardships for us and our realtor's team that could have been avoided by a few quick phone calls or emails. Many times I felt like they were hoping we weren't familiar with the closing process based on steps they tried to change or skip. Overall, it was a very disorganized and stressful closing that didn't need to be that way. We used Surety Title at the seller's discretion but will never do business with them again if we have the choice.
