This is an extremely unprofessional company. I was treated very rudely and they attempted to overcharge me several times until I forced them to give me a better deal. After that they told me I would be called when my bonded title was ready. I was later told that they needed another picture of my license. Instead of telling me promptly I had to call for hours while my call gets ignored until the so called agent that mishandled the situation got back which is even further negligent actions. There was one Hispanic lady that was dealing with multiple people. There were two Indian guys hovering over speaking Spanish trying to get new customers while still needing to help the ones there. I don't recommend using this company, especially if you're black.
