Jeff Scott has done 3 inspections for my home. The most recent one was to check if we had mold and our air quality due to allergies in the home. I wasn't even aware Jeff did this type of service until I asked him for a recommendation at which time he told me he was certified to perform these tests. As in the past, Jeff came to our home right away, explained what he was doing, answered my many questions, and was extremely patient and thorough. Our results were e mailed within 3 business days via an e mail and the actual testing report. Fortunately, we did not have any issues with mold or the air quality. I would refer Jeff for his professionalism, knowledge, and his pricing is extremely reasonable knowing what other companies charge for inspections of the home and to check for mold

Jeff Scott was by far the best and most thorough home inspector we have ever used. Not only was he very detailed on every aspect on the inspection but also gave us a lot of really good and important information to make the purchase of the house much easier and stress free. He was very prompt to accommodate our timing for the inspection and made sure to set up other inspections as needed. We received all the reports within 24 hours of the inspection with detailed information and recommendations for every area of concern with the property. We definitely recommend him and will be using him from now on every time we need a home inspector.
