BUYER BEWARE!! I am an experienced home buyer (third purchase in 4 years), so I know how these things are supposed to go, and this was not it. Communication is absolutely atrocious. Closing changed 6 times because of lack of communication of what was needed and the blame was always shifted. I was texted HALF AN HOUR before one of these closings requesting to bring a cashier’s check for THOUSANDS of dollars, and this was the first time I’d heard about needing to bring a check in the 45+ days of working with them. If you must work with them, request to work with Katie, only. She is much more pleasant to talk to. After I gave Louie my feedback on their extreme lack of communication, he became very snippy and extremely spiteful. For example, claiming I had paid off debts without telling them,
