Our experience with supreme lending was less than supreme. The initial meeting was great but then things regressed quickly as we reached the end of our escrow period. To begin, our loan officer panicked and locked our rate in prior to receiving a confirmation from us. Our loan officer also explained how we could recast our loan after our home sells. We were given an estimated payment with a buydown and the equity from our existing home. When the time came to recast our loan, we spoke with the mortgage company and sent over the proceeds from our home's recent sale. After requesting the recast we were told that we could not recast the loan during the buydown period. We are now stuck with a mortgage that is over twice what we are used to, we had anticipated a mortgage payment that was $800 l
