Carol Spradling represented us twice in 2020. Carol found us buyers and we had a contract for sale within 2 weeks. For that sale, Carol represented the buyers also and I can say that she treated us both fairly. That buyer ended up canceling, I think due to Covid-19 and the lockdown,so we agreed to put selling our home on hold for awhile. 3 or 4 days after renewing our contract in June, we had 2 interested buyers looking at our home and by the next morning, and excellent representation by Carol, we had signed a new contract for sale and we were very pleased with the terms. We ended up closing seamlessly and on time. Not only was Carol always on top of everything, she was a joy to work with. My husband and I highly recommend her whether you are the seller or the buyer.

It has been our desire to find a home in the mountains that met several criteria, including close to golf and in our price range. We met Carol Spradling during one of our trips to the mountains in 2017 and on a spur of the moment she was able to show us several homes. I finally figured out how to post about the experience. I’ve had a superlative reality. The owner Debbie Canady sold me my house almost 8 years ago. She was diligent hard-working. I’ve never met her before till she showed me 12 houses one day in one day we settled on one and it has been the best experience of my life. I consider Debbie Canady a friend she is one of the most honest forthright people you’ll ever meet. if you’re looking for a house on Beech Mountain, she’s the only one I’ve ever recommend. I love her. She’s awesome.
