I strongly advise against using Superior Title for any real estate transactions. My experience with them was deeply troubling and resulted in significant financial harm. When recording a mortgage for an investment property, I specifically asked CEO Gannon Hall about title insurance. He discouraged it as "unnecessary for this type of transaction," which I later discovered was extremely poor advice. Months later, I discovered Superior Title had recorded our mortgage on a property before the borrower even owned it - creating an invalid lien position. When I called to ask about this serious issue, they claimed to have "no record of the transaction closing" despite having handled the mortgage recording.
