Superior Property Management

I have rented from this company for 8 years, and I love them. Nicole is a gem to work with, and any maintenance that needs to be done gets done quickly. I've rented from other property management companies before and it was so hard to get anything done with them. Superior is awesome and have no plans on leaving any time soon.

Editing my last review. After a few hiccups and admittedly some on my part too, this company has been very helpful and good about fixing anything that may go wrong. They've worked with me more times than I deserve. They understand the struggle of a single mom in this economy and they are understanding. Im glad to have them

Terrible experience with this company. They were pretty good my first year or 2 with them. The past few years it’s been near impossible to get a hold of them or get a reply. Often overcharged on my statements or charged incorrectly or upcharged absurd amounts for any maintenance issues. During turn over periods the house would sit for months & months for me to find out they were not making much effort to get it rented at all. & after being charged turn over expenses my home was still dirty & many things not repaired. For paying 10% a month, I expected much better service & communication. Super happy to be done with them. Save yourself the headache & money & do not choose this company.

I called to have a coaxial cable line ran through to my apartment because my apartment management sucks and refuse to update basically anything while charging the highest rate of rent in Boise, I had to call this company because the apartment management has a contract with this company only, so I couldn't reach out to anyone else. After calling and explaining this to them they deflected me back to my apartment management saying that they had to have the management place a work order. So I called back the apartment management and they insisted that I had to do the work, so after arguing with them and finally getting them to call and place a work order I then called Superior property management back to have them confirm that the work order was placed. I rented from Superior Property Management for 4.5 years. They treated me and my family well. The house was in great condition, and their annual inspections and maintenance help keep it that way. A lot of things needed parts and repair, or replacement, over those 4.5 years: dishwasher, air conditioner, furnace, garage opener, etc. Two of those broke down over the weekend. Superior management had repairmen come out, on the weekend, to get our home back in working order. They always worked with us on a time to come in so we could have someone there, or have our dog put away. I would recommend Superior Property Management to anyone who needs to rent.
