Superior Association Management

I applied for a simple fence approval on September 19, 2025. It has now been eight weeks and I still have no legitimate response or action from Superior Association Management. Repeated phone calls were met with false promises. I spoke multiple times with an employee named Noah (Ventry?). Each time he assured me he would follow up with an update — he never did. He also told me his higher-ups had instructed staff to “decline” all outstanding requests for our neighborhood, which is an outrageous and unprofessional statement to make to a homeowner. On top of that, Noah admitted he had approved at least one request with only a single internal approval, despite the requirement that approvals come from the full HOA board. Dillion Lakes management is trash and very unresponsive and they have the nerve every single year to continue to increase the fee. For what reason?? You guys don't even barely manage anything here. There's no community center, no pool, no meetings. The only thing y'all really do is have the grass cut a few months a year for the townhome areas. They do not enforce anything and are highly uncommunicative. Noah Ventry is the manager and I believe the other lady's name was Cindy, both garbage. I know others who live here who have been rather displeased with them as well. The community needs to push back on the ever increasing fees but near non-existent actual work and presence from this HOA smh.

Superior Management has been great in taking care of our HOA. Victoria has been exceptional in handling all of the issues and ensured that the community is taken care of.

HOME OWNERS CAN SUE SUPERIOR MANAGEMENT for BREACH OF ITS FIDUCIARY DUTIES. Just an FYI. Also, my wife emailed the Superior Management HOA Manager on 5/4/23 about the tall, unkept, insect infested weeds in a common area behind my house. The weeds have yet to be maintenanced because Superior Management is cheap and does not want to take responsibility for their neighborhoods appearance. However, when homeowners get any type of violation we only have 10 days to resolve it. We notified the HOA MANGER ON 5/4/23 and today is 7/12/23. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I got into a car accident and had my car towed home on 5/2/23, Superior Management sent me a violation letter dated 5/4/23 about a “broken down car” in MY driveway.
