Poorly run company that raises the rent but does not manage the properties well! House is not maintained! Presents a hazard to me my guests as well as my property and I have brought to this to the owner of this company and property. Nothing gets done! The yard is not maintained and the house is an eye sore! I have over a foot thick ice fall from the roof into my driveway every winter for the last 4yrs. When you put on metal roofs you are to put on ice dams to block the ice from sliding off like a sheet for safety!!! Nope still not on!! The owner of this company has returned my call 1x. I have tried to call back many times. I have much better things to do than other’s people jobs! When it comes to barking at the tenants for rent this company does that but does not do the property management

Took $7300 Dollars tried to "sell" me a house rent to own. Lied about conditions. Told about other things the house needed after signing a lease. Three times needed a plumber for a flooded basement within one year. Roof is caving in and was told about the roof after signing. Have pictures of roof caving in my bedroom. Beams need serious work house could fall in any day and I had an autistic seven year old child living there. they cared not one bit. Brought down the price of the house to try to excuse their negligence. Suggested I put in temp beams bought through Amazon for $400 instead of spending the 10,000 of work needed to make the house safe when I offered to do so. No furnace during the winter- completely blown after several complaints of it not working properly and expected me to fix

We organize a festival in Perry, NY, and we stage part of the event in the parking lot of a building Heidi manages. Heidi was very helpful with raising tenant awareness of the event, with cleaning up the property and with helping with last minute issues.

I was asked to come see an appartment that was supposed to be ready almost e weeks ago. Both I and a case manager waited 20 minutes. She emailed Owner then after 45 minutes I text her and the owner said, oh, just GO IN AND LOOK AT IT. It was terrible Everything the previous tenant left, boxes of full pill bottles. Nasty matresses against the wall. IT WAS HORRIBLE.
