It was a pleasure visiting Sunterra. If you’ve never been to straight to the welcome center for an all around tour of the neighborhood what’s already in place and what’s coming soon. This master plan community is one of the top selling communities in Houston. Amenities don’t fall short. Crystal lagoon will be coming summer 2025. Lazy river grand opening later this month. The neighborhood will have schools on site. This community offers two school districts Katy ISD & Royal ISD. They also have a on site lifestyle director so there’s always events happening in the community. With a large variety of builders finding a floor plan that meets your needs will not very hard. SUNTERRA is a community that has gas stations, shopping center, with a normal pool and another beach type, has amusement parks environment, very pleasant, a reception. Incredible lakes, too beautiful. It’s a real sensation to live within the community

The lake/pond area is pleasant and comfortable. I like having a nice spot to sit right down the sidewalk.

Big things happening out here in Sunterra folks!! Crystal Lagoon should be online next swim season (2023!) Great location and great schools! Love seeing the progress this community is making! Land Tejas is making the most of these lagoon communities…truly special!!

Over loaded with section 8 and rent houses. Crime happens daily and getting worse every day. Talk to waller county sheriff department before you decide to move here.
