Lived at a Sunshine Rentals property for a year and would do it over again. Staff is very responsive and it’s a small local company; not some nationwide company that doesn’t truly care. The handyman, Steve, is phenomenal. He’s very nice and I dealt with him as a woman alone in my house and he always made me feel very comfortable, which is huge. Adequate notice for any maintenance was always given. My only complaint is we felt we got nickeled and dimed on the security deposit but didn’t have enough documentation to contest it thoroughly and wasn’t a large enough amount that it was worth getting lawyers involved. My advice is to just be overly meticulous with documenting everything when you move in but truthfully, that happens with any company. But at the end of the day, I would pick this

Just moved into one of their properties, it was so clean and felt refreshed, crystal was awesome she helped me with any questions that i had responded really fast and just made the whole move in process was super easy

They are willing to work with you in any situation you may come across. I can use my own handyman for repairs or I can use theirs if mine guy isn’t available at that time.
