We have been guests several times at a particular beach house, and everything has been lovely. Sunshine Realty went above and beyond this year. I was thrilled to be able to charge my car at their office which was a block from the house. Then, they mailed me my lost wallet! I lost track of it the day before I left, thinking it had fallen out when I was walking downtown, and to my surprise it was in the mail today! Thank you Sunshine Realty!

WE LOVED OUR VACATION RENTAL! ❤️ We recently rented a home within a 10 minute walk to the beach at Sea Place! The home was exceptionally clean, accommodated our family and two mini schnauzers, had a fenced in yard for the doggies, and had a garage for security! Booking the room was a breeze and we couldn't believe the price! The best part was I was able to also meet a realtor from Sunshine Realty who is now helping us find a place to buy at the beach! Don't hesitate to book your next vacation rental with Sunshine Realty! They really do go beyond your expectations to make your visit to St Augustine amazing!

Poor Experience with Sunshine Realty and Vacation Rentals I am deeply disappointed with my experience renting a condo through Sunshine Realty and Vacation Rentals on St. Augustine Beach. Prior to booking, I read a review highlighting a poor-quality master bed mattress that resulted in uncomfortable sleep for the guest. Since we were renting for seven days, comfortable sleeping conditions were a top priority. I specifically asked the property manager at Sunshine Realty if the mattress had been replaced, and they assured me it had been. Based on this information, we decided to rent the property. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it was evident that the mattress had not been replaced. It sagged several inches on both sides, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. At that point, we had already

We had such an outstanding experience with Sunshine Realty, and a beach house rental in St. Augustine! The house was exactly as described and could not have been more perfect! It was well maintained and in a great location. On top of that, the folks at Sunshine Realty were all so pleasant to work with. Definitely work directly with them for your next rental!
