Absolutely worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. After almost 10 years of residing at one of their properties, they failed to timely fix my broken heater in the dead of winter for 3 weeks and also shut off my water without any prior notice for 2 days. After I complained, they retaliated against me and raised my rent to the highest in the building and then attempted to evict me when I said it was in retaliation for my prior complaint. They did not prevail in their eviction lawsuit against me, and instead I received several month’s worth of free rent. However, it took several months to get to that end result and they were incredibly cruel to me, one of their best and longest residing tenants in that building.
